Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free across Europe, and tracking is always included.
How long will my watch take to arrive?
In 5–8 working days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes. Every shipment is tracked and insured. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number, a link to follow it and the name of the carrier. It can take 24–48 hours for the tracking to show its first updates. This is normal.
My parcel shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it
Carriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered a little early. Check with your neighbours or at the post office, and allow 2–3 days. If the parcel still doesn’t arrive, write to us at info@meridianostyle.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Write to us straight away at info@meridianostyle.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet; if it has already been dispatched, additional charges may apply.
Warranty
How long is the warranty?
2 years, on every Meridiano watch.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects and lack of conformity. During these 2 years, if anything goes wrong, you can ask for a repair, a replacement or a refund.
What isn’t covered?
Damage caused by misuse, negligence or accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or repairs, and damage from liquids beyond the stated water resistance or from exposure to the elements.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Write to us at info@meridianostyle.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the defect. We review your case within 24–48 working hours.
Orders
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. It can take 24–48 hours for the first updates to appear.
You can also follow it at any time from the Track your order page: all you need is your order number and the email address used for the purchase, or the tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We prepare orders quickly, so write to us as soon as possible at info@meridianostyle.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do everything we can to cancel or change it. If it has already been dispatched, you can return it by following our Returns & Refunds Policy.
My order is late. What should I do?
This can happen during peak periods or because of a carrier delay. Check the tracking and allow an extra 2–3 days. If your order still doesn’t arrive, write to us at info@meridianostyle.com with your order number and we’ll reply within 24–48 working hours.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have to make a return?
Within 30 days of delivery. That’s our “Satisfied or your money back” guarantee: you have all the time you need to try the watch and decide at your own pace.
How do I make a return?
Write to info@meridianostyle.com with your order number, the reason for the return, your name and the email address used for the order. Within 24–48 working hours we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Send the watch back in its original packaging or equivalent, with all its accessories, and keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number.
How long does a refund take?
Within 14 days of the returned watch reaching us, to the same payment method used for the purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email; depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange my watch for another one?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Return the watch and, once you’ve received your refund, place a new order. If the watch is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

What are the watches made of?
The case is 316L stainless steel. The movement is Japanese quartz.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes. Every watch is water-resistant to 30 metres.
How do I adjust the bracelet?
You can shorten the bracelet by removing one or more links with the tool you will find in the box as a free gift. Step-by-step instructions are here.
