Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By using our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This agreement is entered into between the user (“you”, “Customer”) and Meridiano (“we”, “our”, “Company”).

• “Product(s)”: the watches and any accessories sold on our website.
• “Customer”: any natural or legal person who makes a purchase on our website.
• “Site”: our e-commerce website and all related pages.

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions
• Will provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during the purchase process

4.1 Ordering procedure

The purchase process is complete when you receive an order confirmation email. The confirmation constitutes our acceptance of the contract. The contract is stored in Italian.

4.2 Prices

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT, where indicated. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.3 Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the other card networks supported at checkout), PayPal and the digital wallets available at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Payment must be completed before dispatch.

4.4 Payment security

All transactions are processed securely through certified payment service providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

• We ship throughout Europe
• Processing time: 1–2 working days
• Delivery time: 5–8 working days after dispatch
• Tracking: provided by email once the order has shipped

• Right of withdrawal: 14 days from delivery, as provided for by European law, with no obligation to give a reason
• In addition, a “Satisfied or your money back” commercial policy within 30 days of delivery, which supplements your statutory rights without replacing or limiting them
• Conditions: original or equivalent packaging, not necessarily intact; the product may be tested to check that it works
• Return costs are borne by the customer in the case of voluntary withdrawal, and by us in the case of a defective or non-conforming product
• Refund: within 14 days of receipt of the return, to the same payment method

All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by European consumer protection law. During this period, you may request a repair, replacement or refund in the event of a lack of conformity.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence or accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or repairs, or damage from liquids beyond the stated water resistance or from exposure to the elements.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Meridiano or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights, Meridiano shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the product

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in full compliance with the GDPR.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Meridiano is registered. For consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence continue to apply and cannot be overridden by this agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
