Shipping Policy

• Processing time: 1–2 working days
• Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days
• During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) times may be slightly longer

During processing, we verify payment, prepare and pack the product, carry out a final quality check and hand the parcel over to the carrier.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days after dispatch
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays

TOTAL TIME = Processing (1–2 days) + Delivery (5–8 days)

• Minimum: 6 working days
• Maximum: 10 working days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, a link to follow the shipment, the estimated delivery time and the name of the carrier.

NOTE: it can take 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking to show updates. This is normal.

We ship throughout Europe.

The times stated in point 2 apply throughout Europe; in remote areas, delivery may take a few extra days.

Shipping is free throughout Europe. Tracking is always included.

6.1 Parcel not received

• Check the tracking for updates
• Check with your neighbours or your local post office
• Allow an extra 2–3 days (delays are possible)
• If it still has not arrived, contact us at info@meridianostyle.com

6.2 Damaged parcel

• Take photos of the parcel and the damage
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and the photos
• We will provide a free replacement or a refund

6.3 Incorrect address

• Contact us immediately, BEFORE dispatch
• We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped
• If it has already shipped, additional charges may apply
• We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
